Logistics
Travel:
Arrive in Fort Collins, CO on Friday May 5th and depart Sunday May 7th. Fly into DIA or drive to our Base Camp Airbnb ( TBD). If you're flying we maybe able to coordinate a carpool.

Accommodations:
We will book an airbnb in Fort Collins close to the start of the race, and will accommodate everyone who confirms attendance by January 1st
2023.

Meals:
We will have snacks, drinks and breakfast items available, but plan on takeout or dining out for lunch and dinner.
​
Attendees:
This camp is designed for current and previous MEC athletes. If you're not on our team but would like to participate as a +1 we'd love to include you for a small fee ( reach out for more information).

Cost:
Lodging is split among camp attendees. Travel and food is on your own.
Itinerary
Friday:

Saturday:

Early am wake up to caravan to race start

Race start- 5:30 am for 50 milers and 7 am for 25 milers.

Leave race venue around 3pm, post award ceremony

Race Day
We will caravan to the the Quad Rock 50 and 25 mile trail event, taking place on the trails and hills west of Fort Collins in Lory State Park and Horsetooth Mountain Park.
" The race will take you on a tour of the Fort Collins skyline, situated on the northeastern stretches of Colorado’s mighty Rocky Mountains." Here is the course map.

Warm up with your team and meet back up with coaches for a last minute pep talk before heading to the race line. When the gun goes off coaches will go to various aid stations to cheer and provide coaching advice.
​
Post race hang out at the finish line. Food and beverages are available for all. We will depart the race venue after the awards ceremony, go back to the airbnb to shower and change before going out for a celebratory dinner.
