Endurance Package (Run)

Foundational

(Strength)

  • Intro to strength program - body-weight and band exercises to enhance your core strength, stability, and muscular endurance.

  • Designed for dedicated runners looking to enhance your performance and reduce the risk of injuries.

  •  Specifically tailored to the needs of runners.

  • This program seamlessly integrates with Training Peaks ( great addition to the Endurance Package)

  • Unlimited communication through Training Peaks as well as email correspondence

Mountain Ridge

Next Level

 (Strength)

  •  Comprehensive program utilizes a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, kettlebells, a suspension trainer, barbell, bands, and stability ball, to ensure you're well-rounded in your strength development.

  • This program seamlessly integrates with Training Peaks ( great addition to the Endurance Package)

  • Progressive strength training exercises to build endurance, power, and resilience.

  • Unlimited communication through Training Peaks as well as email correspondence

  • A 12-week program

One-On-One Injury Coaching

  • Offered by Sarah Groman, DPT

  • Depending on the extent of your injury will determine the frequency of meeting. I may want to meet on zoom once every other week for closer monitoring initially. Some other people may require a meeting only once every 3-4 weeks. 

  • All athletes will have access to unlimited email and text contact. 

  • If the athlete is in the bay area and wishes to have an in-person session, they are more than welcome to this opportunity :)

 

Session cost:

 (Endurance Coach)

  • Offered by trained professional, Margaret Spring ( Stacy Sim's 2.0 Menopause Cert, Endurance CTS).

  •  Comprehensive program for athletes in perimenopause or menopause looking to ensure they're receiving well-rounded run training guidance in this season of life

  • All programming delivered through Training Peaks

  • Unlimited communication through Training Peaks as well as email correspondence. One phone call/month to touch base ( as needed).

  • One on one , individualized coaching
