One-On-One Injury Coaching

Depending on the extent of your injury will determine the frequency of meeting. I may want to meet on zoom once every other week for closer monitoring initially. Some other people may require a meeting only once every 3-4 weeks.

All athletes will have access to unlimited email and text contact.

If the athlete is in the bay area and wishes to have an in-person session, they are more than welcome to this opportunity :)
